For approved warranty claims within 30 days of delivery, X GIFT LIST will cover reasonable shipping costs.
For claims submitted after 30 days, customers may be responsible for shipping the item to us, while X GIFT LIST will cover the cost of any approved replacement or warranty solution.

Once your Apple Watch case or strap has been packed and checked, it will be shipped via express delivery, and you will receive a tracking number by email.
How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping is available on all orders and is delivered by the destination country’s local postal service. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days after dispatch.
DHL Express is available as a paid upgrade for eligible metro areas, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Window on eligible products.
Returns are always accepted for manufacturing defects, faults, or incorrect items. In these cases, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

What exactly is a Mod Apple Watch Case/Strap?
It is an aftermarket accessory designed to upgrade the appearance of your Apple Watch with premium materials such as stainless steel, titanium, rubber, or leather. It changes only the external look and does not affect performance.
Does the case include the Apple Watch?
No. This product includes only the watch case and/or strap depending on the product page. The Apple Watch is not included.
Is this a real watch or a modification accessory?
It is a modification accessory designed for your existing Apple Watch. It is not a standalone watch.
Are the materials real?
Yes. Depending on the model, we use stainless steel, titanium finish, silicone rubber, or leather-style materials. Each product page specifies details clearly.
Will it fit my Apple Watch?
Yes, but you must select the correct size. Each product is designed for specific Apple Watch models such as 38/40/41mm, 42/44/45/46mm, and 49mm Ultra.
How do I check my Apple Watch size?
You can find your size on the back of your Apple Watch or in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
Which models are NOT compatible?
Any Apple Watch model outside the listed sizes is not supported. If unsure, contact support before ordering.
Is it stable on Apple Watch Ultra and newer models?
Yes. It is optimized for newer generations including Apple Watch Ultra and Series 9 / 10+.
What if I choose the wrong size?

Each order includes a private guide showing how to install and sync your custom Watch Faces in under 2 minutes.
Do Watch Faces work on all Apple Watch models?
They are compatible with most Apple Watch models, but performance may vary depending on watchOS version.
Does the product look exactly like the photos?
Yes. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, and material reflection.
Will the finish fade or wear off?
